Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Virtual Office Website (VOW) and MLS search features of allaccesshomes.ca ("the Site"), you ("Consumer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and enter into a lawful broker-consumer relationship with Ryan Taylor, Sales Representative, Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd., Brokerage ("Member"). If you do not agree, do not access the MLS search features.
2. Broker-Consumer Relationship
By registering and using the VOW, you acknowledge that you are entering into a lawful broker-consumer relationship with the Member, subject to all applicable agency, non-agency, and disclosure obligations under Ontario law. This relationship does not impose a financial obligation on you.
3. Personal, Non-Commercial Use Only
All Listing Information made available through this Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You represent that you have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree that you will NOT:
- Copy, redistribute, retransmit, or use any AI system or other technology to collect, store, reorganize, analyze, summarize, or otherwise manipulate Listing Information for any purpose other than your personal property search.
- Display, post, disseminate, distribute, publish, broadcast, transfer, sell, or sublicense any Listing Information to any other person or entity, including by use of any AI or automated system.
- Engage in screen scraping, database scraping, data mining, or any automated collection of Listing Information by any means.
- Use Listing Information for commercial purposes, advertising, or any activity that competes with the Member or the Association.
5. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All Listing Information displayed on this Site is protected by copyright and owned by PropTx Innovations Inc. and/or the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board ("TRREB"). The MLS® marks are registered trademarks of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). You acknowledge the Association's ownership and copyright in the MLS Database, MLS System, and all Listing Information.
6. Accuracy Disclaimer
Listing Information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by the Association or by All Access Homes. All data should be independently verified before reliance.
7. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Passwords expire after 90 days and must be renewed. You may not share account credentials with any other person. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
8. Monitoring and Compliance
You expressly authorize All Access Homes, Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd., PropTx Innovations Inc., and TRREB and their representatives to access this Site and your account activity for compliance verification and monitoring purposes. The Member maintains an audit trail of consumer activity as required by PropTx MLS Rules.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
10. Modifications
All Access Homes reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the VOW features after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
